We only collect information you voluntarily provide:

We do not require account registration. We do not handle payments — any transactions go through the third-party platform (Exness, Binance, etc.) directly.
What we collect automatically
When you visit the site, we automatically collect:

- Referring website or search query that brought you here
- Device type (mobile, tablet, or desktop) and screen resolution

4. Third-party services
Google Analytics

Google Fonts
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google's servers to download these fonts, which may log your IP address. See Google's privacy policy above.
Email newsletter provider
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email is stored by our email service provider. We will name this provider at the point of subscription and link to their privacy policy.
Hostinger (web hosting)
Our site is hosted by Hostinger. Their servers process all web requests and may store server logs including IP addresses for up to 90 days. Hostinger's privacy policy: hostinger.com/privacy-policy.
5. Affiliate links and commissions
Uganda Money participates in affiliate programmes. This means:
- Some links on this site are affiliate links — marked where required by applicable guidelines
- If you click an affiliate link and sign up or deposit on the linked platform, we may receive a commission from that platform
- This commission is paid by the platform and does not increase the cost to you in any way
- We do not have access to your account, trades, or personal information on any third-party platform
- Our editorial recommendations are based on genuine research and honest assessment — not on commission rates
Affiliate platforms we work with include Exness and Binance. Each has their own privacy policy governing how they process your data once you register with them.
6. Data retention
- Newsletter subscribers: Retained until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days
- Contact enquiries: Retained for up to 2 years, then deleted
- Analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics default), then automatically deleted
- Server logs: Up to 90 days (Hostinger default)
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Unsubscribe: Opt out of marketing emails instantly via the link in any email we send

8. Security
We use HTTPS encryption on all pages. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We do not store passwords, payment details, or trading account credentials.
Important anti-scam notice: Uganda Money will never contact you to ask for your Exness password, Binance login, mobile money PIN, or any other account credentials. If you receive such a message claiming to be from us, it is a scam — do not respond.
9. Children's privacy
This site is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. Forex trading and cryptocurrency investment are not suitable for minors and are generally not legally permitted for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the homepage.
